Asheville Endocrinology Patient Portal Instructions:
**You must be registered with the office before having access to the patient portal.
Click on the link that says PATIENT PORTAL
Click LOG-IN (you do not need to register.)
Enter your USER ID which is your email address we have on file and the temporary password you were given via email. **If you do not see your temporary password, please check any junk, or spam folders. Different email providers sometimes put them in different places. Temporary passwords are only good for 24 hours so please log into your account before they expire.
Once you enter that information, you will be told your password has expired and you must change it to your own password which includes both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and be between six (6) to fifteen (15) characters long.
**Any messages that you send to your physician will not be viewable after you have sent them. They will, however, be attached to your chart so the physician may review and respond to them.
**You will be able to view your test results as soon as the physician has read and signed off on them in your chart.
